  5. Regarding Peer Letters (unofficial - my interpretation only):
    1. In your letters, please stress the need for critical evaluation of the your performance in the areas of teaching, scholarship, service, and, where applicable, clinical proficiency. 
    2. Peer letters should be from faculty who hold, at least, the rank for which the candidate is applying.
  6. Summary of changes to the Rank and Tenure system at Creighton University effective 2006 - 2007 cycle.
